Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@goldstarvalue.com.

• If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will replace it at no cost.

• Orders placed with incorrect shipping addresses or missed parcel deliveries are not covered under this policy.
