Refunds

All of our products are custom-made and personalized to order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds. Please verify that all personalization details, spelling, sizing, and shipping information are correct before placing your order.

Replacements

We do not offer refunds or exchanges in any case. However, if your item arrives defective or damaged, we will send you a replacement product free of charge.

  • Please do not return the item.

  • Contact us at support@goldstarvalue.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery.

  • Once verified, we will process your replacement promptly.

⚠️ We do not allow modifications to replacement items.

  • Orders with incorrect personalization provided by the customer cannot be replaced or refunded.
